Is there a deposit?
Yes, 200 zł — the same regardless of the rental period or battery configuration. It is returned when you bring the bike back.
What documents do I need?
Just an identity document. We sign a rental agreement when you pick up the bike.
How far can I ride on one charge?

It depends on the battery configuration:

1 batteryup to 70 km
2 batteries 15+15 Ahup to 100 km
2 batteries 15+25 Ahup to 120 km
2 batteries 20+25 Ahup to 150 km
2 batteries 20+35 Ahup to 180 km

These are maximum values — real range depends on weight, assist level, terrain and weather.

Where do I charge the battery and how long does it take?
The charger comes with the bike, so you can charge the battery at home. A full charge of one battery takes about 6 hours.
What if the bike breaks down?
Servicing is on us — we have our own bike workshop. Call or message us, and if the repair takes longer, you get a replacement bike.
Is the bike suitable for courier work?
Yes — it works well for Glovo, Wolt, Uber Eats and other apps. A phone holder comes with the bike, and with two batteries the range is up to 180 km.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes — just call or message us (phone, WhatsApp).
How can I pay?
BLIK, card, cash or bank transfer.
